Develop a Customized Yoga Practice
In my 12 week 1:1 program you’ll gain clarity and confidence in your own customized yoga practice. Over time we will implement and refine each pose creating a yoga practice you can do anywhere - no need for a yoga studio or membership.
How it works
Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have 12 45 minute to one hour virtual calls or in person meetings with me. Ideally we meet once a week, these calls can be via Zoom or in-person. These calls are a blend of yoga instruction, breath attention and accountability.
24/7 Support and Helpful Resources
In between calls, you will get ongoing support via text or email. I am available 24/7 to help with the practice or to give feedback. I have given clients wake up calls before or created custom videos. We can work together and figure out something that helps you. -
